Cancellation & Refunds
ChartMystic, a service operated by Sandalwood LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company (“Sandalwood,” “ChartMystic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is sold as a recurring subscription. This page explains how billing works, how to cancel a subscription so it does not renew, and how our 30-day money-back guarantee works. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
How Subscription Billing Works
ChartMystic is offered on a weekly or annual billing cycle. Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is successfully processed.
- Weekly plan — billed each week on your anniversary date until you cancel.
- Annual plan — billed once per year up front at a discounted effective rate, and renews each year on your anniversary date until you cancel.
Each subscription automatically renews at the end of its billing period using the payment method on file, at the then-current price, until you cancel. Renewal charges appear on your statement under “ChartMystic” or our payment processor’s descriptor.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax), which are calculated based on the billing address you provide and may be added to the price shown at checkout.
Cancel Anytime
Both plans can be cancelled at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below for the one exception).
- Weekly subscribers — cancel before your next weekly billing date. You retain access for the remainder of the current billing week.
- Annual subscribers — cancel at any time. You retain access through the end of your current annual term, after which the subscription will not renew.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in any of the following ways:
- Open the in-app billing portal from your ChartMystic account settings and select Cancel subscription.
- Email support@chartmystic.com from the address associated with your account and request cancellation.
- Reach out via the in-app chat on chartmystic.com.
Once cancellation is processed, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that point, your subscription will end and your account will lose access to paid features.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new subscription is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If ChartMystic isn’t the right fit for how you trade, request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund you in full to the original payment method — no hoops, no guilt, no questions about why.
To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee, do either of the following:
- Submit a refund request from your account settings, or
- Email support@chartmystic.com from the address associated with your account.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refunds After the 30-Day Window
After the initial 30-day window, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. Renewal payments (subsequent weekly or annual charges) are not automatically refundable.
If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us at support@chartmystic.com and we will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis. We typically also issue a refund or credit in clear-cut cases such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a checkout error or technical issue.
- Unauthorized charges made on your card or account without your permission.
- Sustained service unavailability caused by a ChartMystic-side outage that prevents you from using core functionality for a meaningful portion of your billing period.
- Refunds required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
Price Changes
We may change the price of a subscription plan from time to time. A change will not affect your current billing period, and we will notify subscribers of any material price increase before it takes effect at the next renewal so you can cancel before the new price applies if you choose.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve billing issues quickly and directly, including under the 30-day guarantee. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting support may result in your ChartMystic account being suspended pending review, and may affect your ability to use the Service in the future.
Account Deletion
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but it does not automatically delete your account. If you also want your account and associated data deleted, you can do so from your account settings or by emailing support@chartmystic.com. Account deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
