Supported Markets And Charts

Artemis Pro works on all major markets, and it is built for one job: intraday price action. This page covers the supported markets, what to adjust per market and timeframe, and what your TradingView setup needs.

Supported Markets

Artemis Pro runs on any TradingView symbol, and it is designed for intraday chart timeframes from 1 to 15 minutes across every major market:

• Equities (liquid large-cap stocks)
• Forex (EURUSD and the other liquid majors)
• Index futures (NQ, ES, and other liquid contracts)
• Commodities (gold and other actively traded metals and energies)

Note: the engine tracks what big money is doing, so it needs markets where big money actually trades. Stick to actively traded instruments and steer clear of thin ones like penny stocks and micro-caps.

The engine assumes real intraday volatility, clean candle structure, and enough liquidity that swing levels and session ranges mean something. The ATR-scaled filters, the default Trend Speed of 10, and the default HTF candle slots (15 minutes, 1 hour, and 4 hours) are all calibrated around that environment.

Timeframes And Session Hours

The pattern engine, trend coloring, swing lines, and HTF modules work on any data. Two things to keep in mind:

• Timeframes above 15 minutes work mechanically, but the defaults were not tuned for them. On a 1-hour chart, revisit the HTF candle slots so they still sit above your chart timeframe (see the Settings Reference, group 8).
• Session logic follows the Asia/London/New York structure. The session boxes, opening ranges, and session high/low lines are drawn against those windows. On a single-exchange stock or any market with different hours, adjust the session windows in settings group 6 — or switch the sessions off and lose nothing else. See Session Boxes.

Chart Setup

Use a dark chart theme. The signal palette is neon on purpose — neon green and red trend candles, electric blue Three White Soldiers, cyan Morning Star — and it is tuned for TradingView's dark background. On a light theme, the colors wash out. Every color is configurable if you need a light theme, but dark is the intended look.

Artemis Pro paints its own candles on top of the chart candles, so you do not need to change your chart's candle colors; the overlay covers them.
