Troubleshooting

Fix the most common Atlas Pro setup, chart, dashboard, and alert issues.

Common Atlas Pro issues, grouped by symptom. Most are settings or environment problems with quick fixes.

Atlas Pro Does Not Appear In TradingView

Confirm you are logged into the correct TradingView account, your TradingView username is saved correctly in ChartMystic, and your ChartMystic subscription is active. Refresh TradingView after saving your username and open Invite-Only Scripts — not public indicators. On brand-new TradingView accounts, wait a few minutes and check again.

No Confirmed Signals Are Printing

A few possible causes:

  • Signal History is set to Off.
  • The current setup has not cleared the active Signal Mode gate.
  • Conservative mode is too selective for the current chart.
  • The chart is on unsupported non-standard candles (Heikin Ashi, Renko, Range, etc.).
  • No confirmed setup has occurred in the visible range.

Switch to Balanced on a standard candle chart and set Signal History to Current Session or All.

Too Many Or Too Few Signals

Adjust Signal Mode: Aggressive for more frequent markers, Balanced for default cadence, Conservative for fewer markers. Also check the timeframe — lower timeframes naturally print more often; higher timeframes are quieter.

Dashboard Is Not Visible

Confirm Show Dashboard is enabled. If it is on but you still cannot see it, the dashboard position may be behind another TradingView panel, the dashboard size may be too large for your screen, or the chart may not have room for the table. Try Compact mode or move the dashboard to a clearer corner.

Oscillator Pane Is Missing

Confirm Show Oscillator is enabled. If it is on but invisible, check whether the indicator pane is collapsed or hidden in TradingView's pane controls.

Chart Looks Cluttered

Disable optional overlays first — Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, Structure Levels, Liquidity Levels, Premium / Discount Zones. Then switch to Compact dashboard or move it to a less-occupied corner. Enable overlays one family at a time when studying setups.

Alerts Are Not Firing

Confirm the TradingView alert is active, the correct Atlas Pro alert condition is selected, the alert was created after settings were finalized, a Confirmed Signal has actually occurred since alert creation, and your TradingView plan supports the chosen delivery method. Verify the alert frequency is set to Once Per Bar Close — any other frequency can cause missed or duplicate fires.

Atlas Pro Fails To Load After Enabling Footprint Precision

Footprint Precision Mode requires TradingView Premium. Open Atlas Pro settings, toggle Enable Footprint Precision off, and reload the chart. If the script still does not load, contact support and mention the issue began after enabling Footprint Precision Mode.

Pine Screener Does Not Show Atlas Pro

Atlas Pro must be favorited in TradingView's Invite-Only Scripts list before it appears in Pine Screener's indicator picker. Open a chart, find Atlas Pro under Invite-Only, click the star, then return to Pine Screener. Confirm your ChartMystic subscription is active.

Always restart with Balanced and standard candles

Before deep troubleshooting, return to Signal Mode = Balanced on a standard OHLC candle chart with default dashboard settings. Most "Atlas Pro isn't working" tickets resolve at this baseline. From there, change one setting at a time and re-check.
